Pamela called in from Cuba with a good report on the mission trip. Still praying that return travel plans on Friday will work out. They are not allowed to fly through Mexico, so they may have to either charter a plane back to the States, or fly through another country.

Brain Blitz: We got a winner! Congratulations to Cindy Geiger of Hartford, Al. She knew that only 19% of Americans have actually seen Mt. Rushmore in person. Another question is coming up Monday morning between 6:30 and 7:00 AM.

Antonio King of Fit 4 Christ spoke with me about keeping up with a workout routine and healthy eating habits even though we may be facing tough economic circumstances. The long term benefits are great if you stick with the excercise and good nutrition.

I got a surprise phone call from Pamela, who is in Cuba on a mission trip with a group from her church. She's had a chance to work with children in VBS as well as some of the ladies at the church. She asked us to pray for a safe return home on Friday. With the swine flu problem in Mexico, they may have to find a different route back to the US.

Christian comedian, Kim Coleman, talked with me in regards to her upcoming event in Montgomery. On Thursday, April 30, she will be the featured speaker at First Baptist Church's First Friendship Dinner presented by the Women's ministry.
