I got a surprise phone call from Pamela, who is in Cuba on a mission trip with a group from her church. She's had a chance to work with children in VBS as well as some of the ladies at the church. She asked us to pray for a safe return home on Friday. With the swine flu problem in Mexico, they may have to find a different route back to the US.
Christian comedian, Kim Coleman, talked with me in regards to her upcoming event in Montgomery. On Thursday, April 30, she will be the featured speaker at First Baptist Church's First Friendship Dinner presented by the Women's ministry.
